Jana’s weakness was always food.

I always believed I had to cut carbs completely to lose weight, so learning how vital they are, along with protein and fats, was a real eye-opener for me. Now that I understand macros, I can enjoy treats like cake without feeling guilty, because I know how to work them into my plan.”

Jana used to think lifting heavy would make her look bulky.

She avoided it out of fear of “looking manly.”

What happened shocked her.

“I realised I’m a lot stronger than I ever thought. The amount of weight I can lift honestly surprised me. Another cool thing is, it didn’t make me look manly like I always thought lifting heavy would.”

Instead of feeling bulky, she felt toned, confident, and in control.

Her advice is refreshingly simple.

“Have realistic goals. Be consistent. Hit your macros. Find time to do your steps. Don’t hesitate to lift heavy.”

No fad diets.

And when asked what she’d say to anyone still hesitating, she didn’t hold back.

“This is the best thing you would do for yourself!”
