From Hiding Her Arms to a Size 6 Dress … Jay’s Unbelievable Turnaround
She thought she was doing everything right.
Healthy food (most of the time).
Not unfit.
Decent lifestyle.
But no matter what she did, her body just wouldn’t shift.
That stubborn fat around the midsection.
The arms she hated.
The sleeves she wore, even in summer, because she couldn’t stand the thought of showing them.
“I was relatively fit but struggled with areas of fat, especially around my middle. I hated my arms and would never wear anything sleeveless.”
And like so many women, she fell into the trap of the “clean week / blowout weekend” cycle.
“Whilst I ate pretty well during the week, I was bad for blowing out at the weekend and had a pretty much all or nothing relationship with food.”

Jay’s weekends weren’t a break.
They were her downfall.
“My weekends were always my ‘weak end’.”
That line says it all, doesn’t it?
But then she decided to make a change and thought of us.
When she first found Transformation HQ, she wasn’t sure.
She hadn’t trained in a while.
She was worried about being thrown into an intense gym environment where she’d feel out of place.

“Before joining, I’d not been training for a while and was worried about a new gym environment. I was helped in the initial few sessions, and everyone was lovely. There is a really nice environment where it doesn’t matter if people are at different levels.”

“Before the shoot, I was worried about sticking to such a strict regime over a long period. As bad as it sounds, I was worried about not drinking and social gatherings/meals out etc.”

Over a stone and a half gone.
Multiple dress sizes dropped.
And the arms she used to cover up?
“I now actively wear sleeveless clothes as I’m pleased with my toned arms.”
