Achieving Wellness Inside and Out: Marie's 30-Pound Weight Loss Journey with Transformation HQ

Before Marie walked through the doors of Transformation HQ, she was a woman on the edge.

Marie would take training sessions from 3 times a week to 4, then 5 just before her shoot.

She was also shown how to track calories and macronutrients so that it took no more than 5 minutes each day to melt away the body fat.

She dropped a dress size and started swimming again, something she had avoided due to self-consciousness.
