Alex's Journey From Stuck to Strong

“I was plateauing with cardio-only workouts. I wanted to focus more closely on toning up, getting rid of unwanted weight on my hips and improving my diet to build muscle.”
The pounds weren’t shifting, and he struggled with that stubborn weight around his hips.

Once the 6-Week Meltdown was complete, Alex moved on to the 12-Week Shoot through the monthly rolling membership.
This challenge ramped up the intensity, with 4-5 sessions a week, all leading to a professional photoshoot.





For Alex, it wasn’t just about the photos; the goal was about pushing his limits.
After months of hard work, Alex dropped from a 32-inch waist to 28-30 inches, something he hadn’t seen in over a decade.
“It’s similar to 10+ years ago”
Physically, the results were clear, but mentally, Alex became more focused on long-term health.
“I’m much more focused on diet and tracking protein for muscle building.”
His mindset shifted from short-term changes to building a strong, healthy future.

- Hit your protein. Alex realised that hitting his protein target daily was essential for building muscle and shedding fat.
- Enjoy your sessions. Training at Transformation HQ became something to look forward to. Being in a supportive group made a huge difference.
- Cut down on sugar. Alex reduced his sugar intake, which helped him see the changes he was after.
When asked for advice to others who are hesitating to start their own transformation, Alex keeps it simple:
