From 36” Waist to 30” Dan Dropped Over 30kg!

Dan was in a rut. 

“Overweight. Lack of exercise. Bad nutrition/diet. Body conscious. The usual putting off training due to lack of time to train.” 

That was his reality when he joined Transformation HQ.

Like most blokes who find themselves in that place, he’d dabbled here and there before.

A bit of this, a bit of that.

“Don’t hesitate, just do it. It will change your life if you take it seriously.”
