Steve Lost an Incredible 58lbs and Transformed His Life with Transformation HQ

When Steve joined Transformation HQ, he weighed 15 stone 14 pounds with a size 36 waist.

By the end of the Shoot, he’d lost 58 pounds, dropping to 11 stone 12 pounds and a size 32 waist. 

“The progress has allowed me to get back into clothes I wore in my early 20s, boosting my confidence and motivation massively.”

But it wasn’t just the physical transformation that changed Steve’s life.

His confidence skyrocketed, and he found new purpose in his fitness journey. 

“I now train three times a week and consistently hit the gym at 6:30 am before work, even on cold, dark mornings. Transformation HQ has completely transformed my physical and mental well-being.”

Steve’s journey also inspired him to take on new challenges.

In May 2024, he cycled from London to Paris in 24 hours to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society. 

“This challenge was close to my heart, and Transformation HQ was instrumental in preparing me. The strength and stamina I built at HQ made it possible, and the experience was not only a physical achievement but an emotionally fulfilling journey.”

His advice to anyone considering Transformation HQ? 

“Be ready—you’ve got to commit to the process to achieve the best results. Not all food needs to be boring either. I bought a Ninja ice cream maker to create healthy, high-protein snacks, and it’s made the journey enjoyable. And not every session needs to be flat-out. If you aren’t feeling it one day, at least you turned up. Consistency is what matters.”

Steve had tried gyms before, but nothing stuck. 

“I’ve visited a lot of gyms around the area over the years and trained with friends, but it’s hard to find consistency. Transformation HQ makes it so much easier. The sessions are planned out, the equipment is ready, and the support is incredible. And at 45 minutes, I don’t need to spend hours in the gym to achieve what I want.”
