James demonstrates that consistency, hard work and a bit of discipline – pays off.

He final saw results from all the effort he was putting in at the gym.

James had been to the gym before, played football regularly, tried to diet the fat off…

….but he never seemed to see any body shape changes.

His abs always stayed hidden no matter what he tried.

He saw that THQ produced pretty good results – especially a lot of transformation pictures with lads showing their abs.

So, he gave it ago by starting on THQ’s introduction program, the “6 Week Meltdown”.

He loved lifting heavy weights, being taught good form, and how to push up intensity in sessions.

This made the fat melt off! Plus, he saw an improvement of performance at his footy matches due to being a stronger, fitter and lighter person.

He loved seeing the body shape changes, so started a 12 week shoot (which is included in THQ membership)

This accelerated results so much so, that it even surprised James what he could do.

He was absolutely thrilled to bits with his results at THQ, he now had the lean and muscular body that he had always trained for.

Why did you first start at THQ?

I wanted to try something different to other gyms and I had heard very good things about THQ. I had also seen and read some of the success stories online and it motivated me to go try it.

What made you start the 12 week shoot?

I had seen all the pictures upon joining THQ on Facebook and in the gym, seeing some of the results amazed me.

This made me want to give it a try and see what I could do with my body.

Have you achieved your body shape goal? What exactly have you achieved?

Yes and no (haha) Still got bits I need to lose/tone up but they are always the stubborn bits and hopefully get rid in time if I keep it all up.

I have gone from 88.6kg in January down to 77.75kg which is a huge amount and I can tell a massive difference in the way my body looks. I can actually see my abs again and look more toned/muscly. 

How do you feel about your achievement?

I feel like it has given me so much more confidence no word of a lie! I never realised it would/could of done this but I actually feel amazing at the moment!

What have you most enjoyed about at THQ?

I love the different range of exercises we do and I love the high intensity weight circuit training with the different time limits. This is so much more enjoyable to a normal gym which to me get boring after a while!

What would you say to anyone thinking about starting at THQ?

Like I said above about normal gyms getting boring after so long I would definitely recommend joining THQ because it’s totally different from other gyms. It’s really good how classes are kept to a maximum of 6 people because at other gyms you could be stood around waiting for bits of machinery that you want to use for a certain body part.

The various range of exercises we do doesn’t get boring either and before you know it the class has finished and you actually feel drained after a full body work out. Also, its got a very friendly atmosphere and everyone gets along with each other.
