Just finished this 8 week program and would recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their chest and shoulders over the 8 weeks and learn the technique to train properly afterwards as well.
I’ve gained both size and definition. I’ve learnt some new exercises and honed my benchpressing technique.
It’s a good addition to HQ sessions as this program focuses more on building up strength and technique than speeding up metabolism. However I do feel that the extra muscle I have added will make it easier for me to lose more body fat.
Thank you Jules, I’m already missing the sessions Saturday afternoon but I ‘m going to keep doing the program on my own once a week.
