How James Dropped 10kg and Improved His Diabetes!
James’s story with us at Transformation HQ is nothing short of a game-changer, especially for anyone who’s been on the ropes about their health.

James’s turnaround kicked off with our 6-Week Meltdown program.

He was given a meal planner to follow so he knew how to eat to build muscle and burn body fat.
He trained 3 times a week in small groups of no larger than 6 people at one time, with a trainer with him at all times.
Throughout the 6 weeks, he had multiple trainers checking in with him to ensure he was moving in the correct direction.
James was a bit wary at first, especially about weightlifting.
Like many, he thought it was about bulking up to look like a bodybuilder.
But after a good natter with our trainers, who explained how it all works, he decided to give it a bash.
And just like that, his journey from feeling rubbish to feeling fab began.
After smashing the Meltdown, James wasn’t about to stop there.
He moved on to our monthly membership, diving deeper into the world of fitness and community support at Transformation HQ.
But the real test came with the 12-week shoot, which is included in the monthly rolling membership when members feel ready.
This is where you push yourself to the limits, focusing on nailing your diet and upping your training game.
He would move off the meal plan and was shown how to track calories and macronutrients; this shredded off the body fat and built muscle and strength.
And we increase training frequency temporarily from 3 a week to 4, then 5 just before his shoot.
For James, it wasn’t just about shedding pounds but about proving to himself that he could turn his health around.
And boy, did he deliver.




James dropped a whopping 10kg, going from 80kg to 70kg, and managed to kick his diabetes meds to the curb.
His blood sugar levels took a nosedive from 58 to 30, putting his diabetes into what the docs call ‘remission’.
It’s the result that makes you want to stand up and cheer.
James stuck to the nutrition plan like glue, learning the ins and outs of what to eat and when.
It turns out what he thought was healthy eating before was doing him no favours.
Now, he’s all about that balanced diet life, and it’s paying off in spades.
