Nick lost 2 stone & lowered his blood pressure

Nick was an active person, he went on very long walks and played cricket, yet the weight was just not budging.

And to top that, his blood pressure was not in a healthy range and had been told that it needs to come down. He knew that losing weight would be the best thing he could do to lower it.

But he was really active so was slightly miffed as to why the weight would not budge.

His partner Alison had recently done a 12 week shoot at THQ, and she was looking and feeling fabulous. Nick was won over and knew that we would be able to help.

So, he decided that he would bite the bullet and get a bit of help and advice from THQ, whilst supporting his partner on her journey at the same time.

We spend & waste a lot of time trying to figure out how to get fitter, stronger, healthier and losing weight on our own, but many mistakes are often made. Nick soon realised that he had been making one or two errors as well.

He joined THQ on the 6 Week Meltdown. This is the introduction program for everyone who joins at THQ. Focusing on training with weights in the gym with good intensity & form, whilst THQ works on the individuals’ eating habits.

And that’s it! THQ wanted to simplify the process for Nick and that’s what we did. No banning of foods, no crazy long cardio sessions, no buying hundreds of pounds of supplements.

Just train at THQ in our small group training sessions with a personal trainer 3 times a week for 45 minutes.

Follow our meal planner 80% of the time which encouraged 3 meals a day and snacks, giving Nick a little room for treats & cheats.

Nick was really enjoying his gym sessions & within a few short weeks, Nick was feeling stronger & more energetic, soon the pounds & inches started to melt away.

He like this feeling of seeing results fast, so jumped onto the next available 12 week shoot which is included in monthly rolling membership at THQ.

On his shoot, we still weight trained exactly the same way as he did on the 6 week meltdown, but we told Nick that he would be adding in a 4th session and eventually 5th session a week to keep results progressing.

He still followed the THQ meal planner of 3 meals a day and snacks, but we required Nick to track calories so that we can keep nutrition laser targeted, in order to make sure we burnt off as much body fat as possible in the 12 weeks.

And that was it again! Simplified as much as possible.

We checked in with Nick each week via our coaching app and Facebook live Q&A sessions, and he got to work.

The results were incredible.

Not only did he lose the weight, but he got his blood pressure back to a normal healthy range.

Meaning that he made his body a healthy, fitter and much better-looking unit. He is now maintaining this new shape with a view to keep improving & staying healthy completing just 3 forty-five-minute sessions each week.
